MendSoft
is a privately held company, located in Edgewood Maryland, incorporated as LLC.
MendSoft,
LLC was started by three veterans of the service business with a proven record of utilizing information
systems in boosting productivity, enhanced analytics, and standards compliance and not to mention
increased revenue. MendSoft’s predecessor system, to which all three contributed in various capacities,
proved that a software product in a repair business can be an asset and a profit-making device, instead
of merely an expensive gadget to record what is on paper.
Lloyd Shue
is the CEO of the company. He is a former service engineer with Olympus America who took his expertise
and experience to create a rival repair business called Fiber-Tech Medical, Inc. Fiber-Tech Medical grew
to fourteen branches across US, Canada and Europe until it was bought by GE Medical Systems.
Shahid Mahmud
is the CTO of the company who came in contact with the other two principals of the company when Lloyd
Shue engaged Mr. Mahmud’s IT company to design a software system for Fiber-Tech Medical. Mr. Mahmud
designed and then managed the development of the software system which played a vital role in Fiber-Tech’s
success. He is a former air force pilot and during his twenty long years in the IT field has worked for
the US government, US armed forces, State of Maryland and many reputable commercial organizations including
Fortune 500 companies, mainly as a consultant. His specialty is software design, project management and
software and testing quality assurance.
Tasaduq Hussain
has been the Project Manager of MendSoft from the very beginning starting in December 2002. His tireless
work and intellectual input has been a great source of inspiration for all those who work along with him.
He is a professional developer who has now dedicated himself to project management for his company Descon
IT24 contracted to develop the MendSoft system.
