Whenever we have contacted MendSoft for a support issue or just to offer a suggestion, we found MendSoft all ears to our concern and when there was something they needed to fix, they took care of it right away.

There is no maze of voice mail menus. Support technicians are available even over their cell phones. This is technical support one rarely gets anymore, especially from large software providers.
